FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Two people are dead in two separate drownings in one weekend in Central California.
Authorities say 20-year-old Vincent Chang of Fresno died Saturday after a canoe carrying three people overturned on the San Joaquin River near Sycamore Island. That incident came just one day after a 17-year-old girl drowned in Three Rivers near Sequoia National Park.
