DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A New Jersey woman said her Tesla was driving on its own before it hit a tree, several parked cars and a pillar at the Tanger Outlets over the weekend.
The crash happened around 11:25 a.m. Sunday at the Hershey outlets, according to the Derry Township Police Department, which is investigating the accident.
