LINCOLN, Neb. — Project O Street is underway, and while businesses are technically open during construction, Birria Boss owner Jordan Jackson says he’s feeling the pinch.
Jackson switched from a food truck to a brick-and-mortar location on O Street in 2023, and business was good until construction began. Now he says about a third of his customers have disappeared.
