SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — There is an update on a federal court case involving a Sioux Falls restaurant.
In April of last year, authorities arrested four people connected to the Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet on West 41st Street.

Two of those people have signed plea deals. According to court documents filed Monday, a man who went by the name Peter and a woman known as Helen plan to plead guilty to two charges, which include knowingly employing aliens.
