Officially called the Rodeo Drive Concours d’Elegance, the car-do returned for its 31st annual celebration as Southern California’s premier Father’s Day event. And what else in LA could possibly have been better? Thousands of fathers, families, and automotive enthusiasts (47,000 to be exact, they said) gathered on world-famous Rodeo Drive to enjoy extraordinary vehicles, luxury experiences, great food and family-friendly entertainment. Actual SoCal dads could be seen mouthing the words, “Thank you, thank you,” not believing someone finally did something they wanted for once. This year’s Concours paid tribute to America’s 250th anniversary, the centennial of historic Route 66, and the Rodeo Drive Committee’s 50th anniversary…
