Car crashes into Spartanburg bank

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – A car crashed on Tuesday into a teller window at a bank in Spartanburg.

According to the Spartanburg Police Department, the wreck occurred at the Bank of America at the corner of John B White Sr. Boulevard and Hidden Hill Road around 4:50 p.m.

The driver told officials she was at an ATM when she accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake pedal at the time of the crash.

No one was injured in the collision, but police said the building sustained major damages. The driver was not cited but is at fault in the crash…
