LAKELAND, Fla. (WFLA) — Polk County is reeling after Brian West, a longtime community relations manager for Publix, passed away unexpectedly.
West wore many titles: husband, father, the face of Publix, and pillar of the community.
“I don’t think anyone did not know Brian,” said Lakeland City Commissioner Guy LaLonde.
