FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – Court documents show Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputy Zion Wade faces two charges following a crash on July 8 of last year.
The first is involuntary manslaughter, a Class 5 felony, and the second is reckless driving while driving a vehicle that was not under proper control on a highway, a Class 1 misdemeanor.
