BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The man accused of repeated drug and weapons offenses will remain in federal custody after appearing Tuesday in U.S. District Court in the Middle District of Louisiana, his defense attorney said.
The suspect, Ashtin Ursin, could also soon be back in state district court, where he may face additional consequences after East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore said his office identified hundreds of potential bond violations.
