Flood clean-up efforts continue throughout south-central Kansas

Multiple counties in Kansas are cleaning up after severe weather struck again this past weekend. Across the city of Harper, southwest of Wichita, there’s storm damage everywhere — tree branches, broken windows, and flooding occurred across the city; residents were busy cleaning them up on Monday.

The city of Harper said Public Works will be picking up tree limbs on Thursday, June 25, with residents needing to have them ready for pickup at the curb; once a home has been passed, Public Works will not come back again.
