Rain, heat coming for Wichita Open, but stormy 2025 event has organizers ready for nature’s worst

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Preparations are nearly complete for this year’s Wichita Open.

But with storms and heat possible this week, organizers are hoping there’s no repeat of last year, when severe weather wreaked havoc at Crestview Country Club.
