One person was taken to an area hospital Tuesday afternoon after the driver of a black sedan crashed into a tree along Hilltown Pike in Hilltown Township.
The crash happened shortly after 4 p.m. in the 2700 block of Hilltown Pike. Emergency responders arriving at the scene found the sedan with heavy front-end damage. The vehicle’s front passenger-side wheel had been torn from the axle in the impact.
Hilltown Pike was closed between Upper Church and Callowhill roads while first responders worked at the scene and crews cleared the wreckage. One person was transported by Chal-Brit Regional EMS to a hospital. The extent of the person’s injuries was not immediately available…
