MATTHEWS, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Matthews leaders are considering restricting where people can ride e-bikes in the town, after receiving complaints about riders speeding down sidewalks, roads and greenways.
Some people who frequent the area parks are in favor of the idea.
“I think it’s just sheer luck that we haven’t been plowed over by one of these e-bikes,” said Katya Lezin.
