LITTLE RIVER S.C. (WPDE) — The BWS Company (BWS), a Charleston-based land investor and developer, has acquired approximately 45 acres at 901 U.S. Highway 17 in Little River, the former site of Harbour View Golf Course.
The company plans to redevelop the property into a combination of public and commercial uses aimed at supporting the region’s continued growth.
