As Affordable Housing Month is upon us, R.D. Olson Construction is building innovative projects across Southern California to solve the region’s substantial housing crisis. The general contractor is building solutions that not only provide shelter, but are also sustainable and provide dynamic living experiences for all demographics.
Rose Hill Courts Phase One + Two – El Sereno – total 184 units
In collaboration with Related California Properties and the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, R.D. Olson Construction is working on second phase of Rose Hill Courts following the successful opening of phase I in 2023. Spread across 5.24 acres; both properties will be LEED certified with notable features including solar panels, water reclamation and recycling initiatives. As the project is designed to serve large families, it will include a community center, an outdoor playground, and a basketball court, providing ample recreational amenities for all.
