Two of the three men accused of opening fire on a bustling French Quarter sidewalk in 2024, killing a woman and wounding three others, pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges from the mid-afternoon quadruple shooting.
The guilty pleas from cousins Nicholas Miorana, 30, and Darrel Adams, 24, came after jury selection for a trial scheduled before District Judge Camille Buras. They leave the third alleged gunman, Daniel Miorano, 23, to be tried alone after prosecutors declined to offer him a similar deal. Daniel and Nicholas Miorana are brothers.
