Known for their loaded potatoes and barbecue plates, the Gator Grub catering team are preparing for a permanent home in St. Bernard Parish at 2001 E. Judge Perez Dr. The space is currently undergoing inspections and minor renovations. A soft opening is being planned for mid to late August.
Owner Jordan Sanchez told What Now New Orleans that the transition to a physical storefront feel a natural step, given he and his wife have spent years working in fast-paced, high-volume local kitchens.
