City of Reno hosting Fourth of July parade for America 250

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The City of Reno will be hosting a Fourth of July Parade to celebrate America’s 250th birthday.

Festivities start at around 10:00 a.m. on July 4 in downtown Reno. This year’s theme will be America 250: The 4th on Fourth.

“We have more than 70 parade entries, ranging from local organizations to military veterans and classic cars. There’s really something for everyone,” said Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve. “This is the perfect way to celebrate America’s 250th birthday, and I encourage all residents to come out and take part in the patriotic festivities.”…
