LONDON, Ky. (WBKO) – A Kentucky man wanted for manslaughter was captured in North Carolina after a fugitive investigation conducted by U.S Marshals Service- Central Kentucky Fugitive Task Force (US Marshals -CKFTF) and Kentucky State Police.
On June 22, Billy Proffitt Jr., of McCreary County, was indicted by a grand jury as a result of an investigation conducted by state police.
