Meaghan Kate Puckett, MD has completed a four-year residency in neurology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. In addition to her residency graduation diploma, she received the David Lefkowitz Award for exceptional care of stroke patients.
She is a graduate of East Rowan High School, UNC Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
