SEDGWICK COUNTY— A Kansas man arrested by police after a standoff in Hutchinson for killing a man in Wichita will return to court Wednesday.
Andrew Presley, 31, is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in the courtroom of Judge Christopher Magana, according to the Sedgwick County District attorney’s office.
He was charged with second degree murder in the death of 32-year-old Kelly Black. He is also charged with criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. On July 15, police in Hutchinson arrested Presley after a brief standoff, according to a media release from the Wichita Police Department…
