The death of a 25-year-old paddleboarder in Turnagain Arm is raising questions about the rescue response and whether aviation limitations played a role.
Amanda Faulkner, the U.S. Coast Guard search and rescue coordinator for the case, said the loss of Joshua Novakovich has weighed heavily on everyone involved.
