EASTON, Pa. – Easton City Council on Wednesday approved an agreement with the owners of Rock Church regarding property which has been contested by the sides for a lengthy amount of time.
The deal formally agrees to legally separate the church property, located at 501-503 Northampton St., into two lots. Under the agreement, the city will retain the portion of the property with the Hooper House and addition, while Rock Church will retain the remaining portion, including Timothy House.
