ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- An 18-year-old Albany man was charged in a June 11 shooting on Stanwix Street after police arrested him during a search warrant June 25.
Albany police said members of the Criminal Investigation unit executed a search warrant at a residence on Kenosha Street as part of the shooting investigation. During the search, police took 18-year-old Xavier Irvin into custody.
