MANASSAS, Va. (DC News Now) — A man and a teenage boy were arrested Thursday for allegedly shooting and killing another man in Manassas earlier this month.
The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) said Markiss Medrano and a 16-year-old boy, whose identity has not been released, were arrested for the shooting that killed 18-year-old Luis Chavez.
