No criminal charges will be filed in the death of a mentally ill man fatally shot outside his childhood home.
Martez Dunner, who was schizophrenic and mostly non-verbal, was shot just before 9 p.m. May 19, outside a residence on Hyacinth Drive in the Roebuck area.
