Conneaut, Ohio (WOIO) – A person is dead after members of the Special Response Team in Ashtabula County were executing a felony warrant at a home in the 600 block of Orange St, in Conneaut on Thursday.
When law enforcement arrived on scene it was met by family members of the individual. It was verified that the individual was in the basement of the home with another person.
