GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) — City planning board members will review proposed changes Thursday night to a previously approved apartment development near the University of Florida.
The Verve Apartments project, located near Southwest Second Avenue and Southwest Tenth Street, would increase the maximum number of units from 204 to 227 while remaining within the same overall footprint.
