A St. Paul Academy (SPA) and Summit School parent is suing the prestigious private college prep school, alleging leadership retaliated against his children after he raised concerns.
The lawsuit was filed in Ramsey County Civil Court this week by Matthew Robert Bauer, the parent of two SPA students and current Roseville City Council member.
