MERIDIAN, Idaho (CBS2) — Residents of Meridian had the opportunity to meet with their mayor Robert Simison today. For some, sharing their thoughts and concerns with the city and for others, just being able to put a face to the name.
In an interview with IdahoNews.com, Simison said some of what constituents brought up ranged from concerns over E-bikes to housing affordability. Also mentioning how the city balances policy passed by the legislature with continued access to essential services.
“They reduced our revenue, you know, that’s what we’re having these budget conversations about. We gotta find a way to keep our services that people expect fully funded so they get the services they expect,” Simison said Thursday morning…
