7-Eleven, the global convenience store chain, is getting ready to open a new location in Phoenix at 2275 W. Pinnacle Peak Road.
The company’s new location is under construction and has recently appeared in liquor license applications filed with the City of Phoenix. According to the application, the store is expected to be completed in October 2026. While additional details about the opening timeline have not been announced, customers can expect the brand’s traditional convenience-store offerings, including snacks, beverages, fuel services, fresh food options, and delivery via the 7NOW platform.
The Phoenix location was also identified in a recent real estate transaction, first reported by CoStar Group. According to the report, two under-construction 7-Eleven properties in the Phoenix metropolitan area sold for approximately $17.82 million in an all-cash transaction.
