Speed cameras along Frankford Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia are now active, resulting in fines that start at $100 for speeding drivers.
The speed limit is 25 mph along Frankford Avenue, and Friday is the first day the Philadelphia Parking Authority will issue fines if you go 11 mph over the speed limit.
