ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Two people have died in a multi-car crash on the Inner Loop’s eastbound lanes near the St. Paul Street overpass.
Three cars, with airbags deployed, were involved in the crash, which happened around 1:50 a.m. News10NBC’s crew saw two bodies being pulled from cars and put in the Monroe County Medical Examiner’s van. Later, New York State Police confirmed that two people had died.
Our crew saw first responders treating injured people. Dozens of Rochester firefighters, multiple ambulances, troopers, and drones all responded to the crash. Rochester Police also responded for traffic control. Broken pieces of cars were scattered across the Inner Loop, and both directions were shut down at one point…
