SCOTIA — Wolf Hollow Brewing Co. is opening its new 11,500-square-foot brewpub and brewing facility on Friday afternoon as part of a soft launch.
With seating capacity for about 100 and 7,500 square feet of production space, the new location is far larger than the original in West Glenville, which opened in 2015, and allows for an expansion of brewing capacity in the future to bring all beer-making in-house, co-owner Pete Bednarek said Friday. (Some Wolf Hollow beers are currently made elsewhere under contract.)
Hours are 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, noon to 9 p.m. Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sunday and 3 to 9 p.m. Monday. It reopens July 2 for the Fourth of July weekend, also with limited hours: 3 to 9 p.m. July 2, noon to 9 p.m. July 3, noon to 6 p.m. July 4 and 5 and 4 to 9 p.m. July 6.
