Wildlife rescuer charged in Wind Gap traffic stop pleads to reduced charge

A licensed wildlife rehabilitator charged following a traffic stop last month in Wind Gap pleaded guilty to a reduced count Friday.

Janine Tancredi, an executive director at The Wilderz at Pocono Wildlife, was stopped for turning onto Route 33 South without using a turn signal around 9:45 p.m. May 3, according to court records.
