Ann Arbor’s Top of the Park: What’s happening this weekend, June 26-28

ANN ARBOR, MI — The final weekend of June for Ann Arbor’s Top of the Park outdoor event series on the University of Michigan campus offers live musical performances, face painting and a movie screening.

On Friday, June 26, activities begin at 5 p.m. at Washington Street and Ingalls Mall with Detroit trumpeter Jauron Perry and a KidZone session called “Scrap Garden,” where kids can create bugs and flowers with reclaimed materials.

A Taiji retreat with Ann-Hua Chinese School will follow at 5:30 p.m., as well as a spoken word night with Madeline October at 7 p.m. and a DJ Skoob E’s set at 10 p.m…
