At its June 22 meeting, the Dexter City Council approved Mayor Shawn Keough’s recommendations for appointments and reappointments to several city boards and commissions.
The council approved the following appointments:
- Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee: Laurence Kloss, Virginia Davis, Anna Oostendorp, Meredith Giltner
- Downtown Development Authority: Breana Jackson, Christi Lower, Randy Willis
- Parks and Recreation Commission: Ron Miller, Joanne Wagner, Melissa Messer
- Planning Commission: Jim Carty, Karen Roberts
The council also completed this year’s student appointments to city boards and commissions. At its June 8 meeting, the council appointed eight students to serve one-year terms from July 2026 through June 2027…
