NEW ELLENTON, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A man accused of posing as a law enforcement officer and kidnapping a teenager in Aiken County is now facing new charges.
Jonathan Willard is now facing a charge of cruelty to children after an incident involving his daughter on May 26.
