A Timonium warehouse will soon house Baltimore County’s newest gym.
The Yard Gym Timonium is the name of the fitness center that personal trainer and business owner Megan Monteiro plans to open at 2001-2003 Greenspring Drive.
Monteiro’s Pine Pep Properties LLC acquired the 12,170-square-foot building for $2.3 million and plans to use 4,200 square feet to open the gym as the latest location for an Australian franchise.
