A 20-year-old Philadelphia man has been sentenced for plotting mass casualty attacks on multiple locations in the region.
Muhyyee-Ud-din Abdul-Rahman will spend to 20 to 40 months in prison.
The district attorney’s office voiced their concern on Thursday that his sentencing is too short.
