RAYNE, La. (NEWS 15) — A Rayne man with a history of barricading himself from law enforcement was arrested after he again refused to surrender to authorities, according to the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Demoine Declouette Sr., 48, of Rayne, is charged with cyberstalking and resisting arrest. He was also served with two new temporary restraining orders pending a court hearing.
