A major redevelopment project on Grand Avenue has secured a significant new investment from the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community.
Developers announced June 2 that the tribe will serve as a lead investor in The Grand Victoria, a mixed-use development planned for the former Victoria Crossing East Mall site at Grand and Victoria avenues.
