A 40,000-square-foot office condominium development is planned in Nocatee.
St. Johns County received a preapplication June 25 for the project, which includes two 8,900-square-foot buildings, two 6,850-square-foot buildings and one 8,500-square-foot building, according to site plans. The county development review committee is scheduled to discuss the project July 15.
Hydry Company LLC, an affiliate of the Davis family-owned DDI Inc., has owned the property at 51 Crosswater Parkway, just north of Nocatee Parkway, since 2019, according to the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office. Prosser | Prime AE is the civil engineer for the project…
