The Baked Bear, the build-your-own ice cream sandwich chain known for warm cookies and pressed ice cream creations, is officially eyeing Hoboken. The Mile Square has landed on the brand’s expansion map, and local reporting points to a storefront on downtown Washington Street. An opening date has not yet been announced.

According to Hoboken Girl, the shop is slated for 730 Washington Street in the former aXd boutique space.
