PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — A Pensacola man who has previously been convicted of a felony has been indicted on a new gun charge.

According to a Department of Justice news release, 46-year-old Damien Johnson was indicted on one count of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.

If convicted, Johnson faces up to 15 years in prison.
