SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A time capsule ceremony kicked off today at South Bossier Park, marking a special moment for the community as leaders and residents came together to preserve local history.
Organizers with Keep Bossier Beautiful, along with community partners, sealed the capsule after months of planning while collecting items that reflect life in north Louisiana in 2026.
