LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln police arrested an 18-year-old man who had three warrants after a traffic stop and foot chase on Friday.
The Lincoln Police Department was running traffic enforcement in the area of 27th and J streets when an officer saw a vehicle speeding and attempted a traffic stop at 2:52 p.m.
