Exam pushed for Adrian woman accused of killing sister in hospice

A preliminary examination in the case against a local woman accused of killing a hospice patient has been adjourned until August, according to court officials.

Virginia Landis Stewart, 58, was arraigned June 11 on one count of open murder in connection with the death of her sister, Frances Stewart, 61, of Adrian.
