BALTIMORE (WBFF) — More than 200 dirt bikers were riding dangerously near a Hip Hop Fish & Chicken in north Baltimore Sunday night, Baltimore Police said.
Around 7:19 p.m. on June 28, officers were called to the 3100 block of Reisterstown Road, located in the city’s Liberty Square neighborhood, for dirt bike activity.
