In news certain to delight area coffee fanatics, the Collierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen has given the greenlight for one of the hottest coffee concepts in the business to open a location in the neighborhood. 7 Brew Coffee has mitigated concerns about traffic back-ups and is moving forward with a new Collierville storefront, reports Daily Memphian.
The cafe’s proposed location north of Poplar Avenue near Abbington Street was initially greeted with reservations. The drive-thru nature of 7 Brew raised traffic concerns that gave planners pause. However the establishment has agreed to conditions designed to alleviate concern-for starters, this location will have 3 lanes for ordering and pickup, able to service up to 40 cars.
